Being a personal trainer, I am able to share my nutrition and exercise expertise with others to help establish and build their healthy and fit lifestyle. As much as learning and mastering the craft of the different aspects of health and fitness is one of the big reasons why I began training, seeing my clients grow and seeing their progression in their own journeys is the most fulfilling part and why I continue to train.
I have worked with clients who had no background in exercise or dieting, coming as complete beginners. Building a steady foundation from the ground up is key, and I enjoy being a part of the Genesis to someone’s fitness journey.
I have also had the honor of training with current, aspiring, former professional athletes. Those who are looking for that extra kick to separate themselves from the rest, or even separate themselves from their former self, it takes an athlete mentality to get to the next level. The combination of a strong mindset and the strict programming is the core to athletic evolution.

Frank came to me in a place looking for change. He had been on and off with his fitness for years and had not been successful with his results he was looking for. Frank came to me ready to take a serious dive and challenge himself to three months of dedication. He began the plunge within himself and hopped on the JiggyFit Strength and Sculpt Program. After months of dedicated consistency, he came back and shocked the world! His results speak for themselves.
As a full-time high fashion model, it is necessary for Marcus to stay lean, slim, and most importantly, look good. He came to me asking for help because as much as he felt comfortable in his appearance, he felt as if he was not in good physical shape internally. With three months of my programming, he was able to regain strength and muscle, as well as his confidence in his ability to sustain his image without sacrificing physical fitness for his career.
After completing his graduate program and vacationing around the world, Nick reached out to me asking for help getting back on his feet. He had been enjoying the foods of the world for so long, he was not sure how to get back in any kind of groove with healthy eating and exercise while enjoying his personal life. I sat down with him to teach him the basics of dieting, the flexibility of nutrition, and the progression of powerlifting. After six weeks of clean eating and a guided strength program, he was able to cut down to a more manageable weight where he could appreciate his new physique and still enjoy his personal life.
Arteen came to me asking for nutritional advice for his goal to lose excess weight but still keep his strong frame. We sat down to break down his current lifestyle and evaluated the positives and negatives. After six weeks of accountability check-ins, Arteen was able to adjust his lifestyle around his fitness priorities to lose 12 lbs of excess fat and trim his physique the way he needed.
